PlaySuite

A shelf full of small worlds. Deal a hand, follow a thread, outwit a box, or climb a very, very tall mountain.

Eighteen games share one native application, with original artwork, music and a home for every unfinished game. Familiar card tables sit beside logic puzzles, a mischievous toy box, a mountain adventure and a crane beside a brook. Music, sound and motion have shared controls; the games keep their own saves and scores.

A Klondike deal on green felt with cream playing cards and suit foundations.

Solitaire

Build a little order out of a shuffled deck. Classic Klondike on green felt: uncover the tableau, alternate red and black, and work each suit up to its foundation. Choose draw-one or draw-three, with verified winnable deals at Easy, Medium and Hard.

Spider Solitaire with ten columns of cards on the native game table.

Spider

Ten columns. Eight complete runs. Make descending runs in a single suit, then clear them from the table. One, two or four suits change the challenge; verified winnable deals give every game a way through.

A FreeCell deal with four holding cells above eight tableau columns.

FreeCell

Every card is visible. The space is the puzzle. Use four free cells to rearrange eight columns, freeing the cards that will build your foundations. Empty columns and spare cells determine how much of a run you can move at once.

A four-player Hearts table with the player’s hand and computer opponents.

Hearts

Let somebody else take the points. Pass three cards, watch what comes back, and try to avoid hearts and the queen of spades. Three computer opponents named for US presidents remember played cards and make their own guesses about the hands still hidden.

The native Sudoku board with editable cells and number controls.

Sudoku

A quiet square of possibilities. Fill the rows, columns and boxes without repeating a digit. Make notes, follow matching-number highlights, and choose a new puzzle from the offline generator. Light and dark blue themes have their own music.

A board of colorful faceted gems ready for a match-three swap.

Gems

One swap can set the whole board moving. Drag a faceted stone into place and let the matches cascade. Longer matches create bombs, stars and hypercubes, turning a small opening into a chain of shattering gems and light.

Three mirrored faces of Nature Cube showing colored path endpoints against a lake.

Nature Cube

Follow the color around the corner. Join matching endpoints across three faces of a dark glass cube. The lake reflects in its tiles, the view tilts with the pointer, and a path can turn over an edge. Higher difficulties add pairs and mossy obstacles; Hard asks you to fill every open tile.

Colored yarn stretches between pegs on a cushion in Untangle.

Untangle

The cat has an opinion about your solution. Move the pegs until each yarn color stops crossing itself. Frozen pegs only loosen when their threads are clear. The cat may sit on a peg, chase the one you are dragging, or swat something you thought was settled.

Atom Probe’s hidden field and boundary probe controls.

Atom Probe

Find what you cannot see. Send probes into a small field and reason backward from their paths. Three atoms are hidden inside; absorption, deflection and reflection leave the clues. The generated field has a unique complete probe signature.

The illustrated Curator and Four Pegs code-breaking console.

Four Pegs

Four places. Six symbols. Ten guesses. Offer a code to the Curator, then read the aggregate feedback: correct symbol and place, or correct symbol in the wrong place. Symbols can repeat. Color and shape both help keep your deductions straight.

The pink Switchbox with six colored switches and its resident.

Switchbox

She would prefer you left the switches alone. A girl lives inside a pink toy box and pushes your switches back down. Discover the hidden order that keeps all six lamps lit. Watch her reactions, remember what stayed on, and try the next switch.

Puzzle Solve’s blue-and-yellow target and geometric reconstruction pieces.

Puzzle Solve

Make the little picture whole again. Turn, flip and fit seven geometric pieces into a square. The blue-and-yellow image must line up with the target as well as fit the frame; a piece that fits can still be in the wrong place.

Eggy climbing the mountain during gameplay, with altitude and stars visible.

Eggy and the Very, Very Tall Mountain

There is a very long way up. Guide Eggy through weather and changing biomes, collect stars, and keep climbing toward the summit. Use the keyboard or mouse, or let the slower autopilot make progress while you are away.

Koi-Koi in progress with illustrated hanafuda cards on the table.

Koi-Koi

A whole year in a handful of cards. Match months and collect scoring sets with forty-eight original woodblock-style hanafuda cards. Each round offers the familiar temptation: take the points you have, or call koi-koi and press your luck.

The Parrot’s Table showing its birds and truth-or-lie deduction puzzle.

The Parrot’s Table

Some of these birds are lying. Read the statements, mark your deductions, and work out who is telling the truth. A solved table opens the way to another arrangement of feathered witnesses.

Liar’s Dice in play with dice, crew and bidding controls.

Liar’s Dice

Raise the bid. Read the crew. Your dice are only part of the story. Bid on the dice hidden around the table, weigh the next player’s confidence, and decide when to call a bluff. The Keeper’s ledger records the results.

Pen the Sheep showing a playable meadow and fence-placement puzzle.

Pen the Sheep

A meadow in need of a few good fences. Place fences to solve generated meadow puzzles, then come back for another field. Meadow progress and earned stars stay with your game.

A yellow crane beside a brook, a bowl of river stones, and a two-rock stack measuring 10.9 cm.

Rock Stack

One more stone. Carefully. Work a little yellow crane to balance river stones beside a brook. Mina handles the levers, a rubber duck rides in the cab, and every irregular rock has its own weight and balance. Fetch a stone from the bowl, turn it, lower it onto the stack, and let the slings go slack before releasing. Height is the score; the pile has the final word.
